Shipping Coverage

Elytra Space currently ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery, our primary courier partner is Blue Dart Air. In instances where your delivery pincode is not serviceable by Blue Dart Air, we will utilize Delhivery or DTDC as alternative carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST are typically processed and handed over to our courier partner on the same day, subject to stock availability.
  • Operational Constraints: Please note that same-day pickup is not guaranteed and depends on courier logistics.
  • Dispatch Guarantee: While we strive for speed, occasional delays due to courier unavailability, holidays, or unforeseen events may occur. If your shipment is not picked up within 7 working days from the date of order placement, or if you request a cancellation before the item is picked up, you are eligible for a full refund.

Delivery Timeline & In-Transit Cancellations

  • Estimated Time: Once dispatched, shipments generally take between 1 to 15 days to arrive, depending on your location and the specific carrier used.
  • In-Transit Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund after the item has been dispatched but before it is delivered, a return fee of ₹300 will be deducted from your refund to cover the logistics costs.

Return to Origin (RTO) & Non-Delivery (NDR)

If a shipment is returned to us (RTO) or marked as undelivered (NDR) due to customer-side errors (e.g., incorrect address, wrong phone number, or customer unavailability), the following policies apply:

  1. Resolution Window: You have 7 days from the date of the return/failure report to contact us to arrange re-delivery.
  2. First Failure (No Contact): If you do not contact us within this 7-day period, we will process an automatic refund minus a return fee of ₹300 to cover shipping costs.
  3. Second Failure / Paid Return: If a re-delivery is attempted and fails again due to the reasons listed above, or if you opt for a paid return at this stage, the refund will be processed with a deduction of ₹500 to cover the cumulative re-delivery and return costs.

Lost Shipments

In the unfortunate and rare event that a shipment is lost in transit:

  • We will process a full refund in accordance with our refund policy.
  • Claim Process: Please contact our support team to initiate a lost shipment claim.
  • Timeline: Refunds for lost shipments are processed only after verification with the courier partner. This process is initiated from our end after 15 working days have passed from the date of pickup without delivery updates.
