We will attempt to stop the delivery and arrange for the package to be returned to our warehouse.
Once the item is received back at our facility, we will process your refund minus a Cancellation Fee of ₹300.00. This fee covers the shipping and handling costs already incurred.

Reporting: Please contact us to report a delay if your package has not moved.
Investigation: We can initiate a formal investigation with the courier service only after 15 days have passed from the date of pickup.
Resolution: Once the investigation is initiated, there is a mandatory 7-day waiting period for the courier to locate the shipment.
Refund: If the package is confirmed lost after this period, you will receive a 100% refund with no cancellation fees deducted.
Processing Time: Refunds are initiated by us within 10 business days of approval.
Bank Timelines: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the amount in your account.
