Cancellation Policy

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST): Must be cancelled before 12:00 PM on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (IST): Must be cancelled before 12:00 PM on the next working day.
  • Contact us at contact@elytra.space with your Order ID.
  • We will attempt to stop the delivery and arrange for the package to be returned to our warehouse.
  • Once the item is received back at our facility, we will process your refund minus a Cancellation Fee of ₹300.00. This fee covers the shipping and handling costs already incurred.

  • Reporting: Please contact us to report a delay if your package has not moved.
  • Investigation: We can initiate a formal investigation with the courier service only after 15 days have passed from the date of pickup.
  • Resolution: Once the investigation is initiated, there is a mandatory 7-day waiting period for the courier to locate the shipment.
  • Refund: If the package is confirmed lost after this period, you will receive a 100% refund with no cancellation fees deducted.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated by us within 10 business days of approval.
  • Bank Timelines: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the amount in your account.
